DUSTIN GROSSO, NASM-CPT

Dustin has served the health and fitness industry since 2004 and is a certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). After graduating from Springfield College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Movement and Sports Studies, he started off as a Fitness Programs Manager for New York Sports Clubs. During his time as a Fitness Programs Manager, Dustin was the head of the Fitness department in his respective clubs and responsible for the development and production of his team of personal trainers. In 2013, Dustin decided to dedicate his time fully to 1 on 1 personal training and focus on the development and functionality of individuals to help provide them with a healthy way of life.
