5-Exercises-5-Reps-5-Sets Take 20 minutes out of your day, get outside & just move! 5-Pull-Ups (Modify with jump to flexed position & slow on way down) / 5-Push-Ups / 5-Bench Dips / 5-Chin-Ups (Modify Same as Pull-Ups) / 5-Hanging-Leg Raises—1 Minute Rest—Do that 5 times through.
